Google Map overlay with Route & POI

Hi,

I need to overlay route & POI on the Google map.

Eg.

I strat from my home, go to a restaurant for breakfast, then i do
have a meeting, followed by lunch in another restaurant, have meetings
at 2 different place, then have a dinner at another restaurant &
returning back home.

The following is the plan

START "Home" (29th Street, San Francisco, CA)
- Breakfast "Just for You" (732 22nd St, San Francisco, CA) my first
POI
- Meeting at "XXX Company San Francisco" (305 Second Street, San
Francisco,
CA
94107) my
second POI
- Lunch at "Korea Tofu House" (10885 N Wolfe Rd, Cupertino, CA) my
thirdPOI
- Meeting at "YYY Cpy Cupertino" (10956 N Tantau Ave, Cupertino, CA
95014) my fourth POI
- Meeting at "ZZZ Labs" (1502 Page Mill Rd, Palo Alto, CA) my fifth
POI
- Dinner at "Kabul Afghan Cuisine" (135 El Camino Real, San Carlos,
CA)
my sixth POI
END "Home" (29th Street, San Francisco, CA)

When i try to create a route, i do need the route to be as from
my home to first POI, then to second POI, likewise i need to get the
route for the above plan.

Plz do enlighten how to get / draw a route for the above plan in
Google Map directly (ie. in http://maps.google.com/ ).

When creating / generating a kml file, i do need the route which
starts from my home to first POI, then to second POI etc... for the
plan.

Plz do also clarify whether i'll get those POIs also in the
generated kml file. If yes, which Google Map Parameter do i need to
use to get the POIs to be generated in the kml file.
