HELP!!!! Network Link Not Working in Earth

Hello All,

 

I have setup a spreadsheet using Spreadsheet Mapper v3.1. I follow the instructions on how to publish the Network Link and when I paste the Link in Google Earth the folder pops up with a green icon on it but no placemarks???

 

Need help fast please!!

 

1 From the menu bar, select: File > Publish to the Web...

Note: The Links below will not work if you have not published your spreadsheet!   
    
View Placemarks in Google Earth:

The Sample placemarks (or your data) will load from this spreadsheet under the folder ""Vendors / Installers""."

Hi' to all

I think i've the same probleme  with my Spreadsheet mapper V3.1 WORK ?

Since a few days I did not manage to publish my work with Google earth (V7) "SpreadSheet" disconnect after it is published. And yet it worked fine. I'm right click and refresh the icon that always stays red. I just want to know where the problem is and if it works on your side.
Also the Google Map LInk work well, but on Google Earth still RED icon (always disconnected)
