[kml-support] Quick & Dirty KML file of a Mashup

Hello,

A while back i built a google mashup of my travels:
www.globexposure.net (firefox only)

Now i am starting to use WordPress and have installed a plugin which
can render KML files.

Please can you tell me how to build a quick and dirty kml file of my
mashup?
