Drawing filled in circles of different colors

Hi, I am looking to generate red and cyan circles on Google Earth that
are fully filled in by those colors. I saw ink_polaroids' tool for
drawing circles but they are not filled in and I'm not sure how to
change the color. Can it be done in KML? Thank you.
