Does anybody have an idea about how to import point cloud file into
Google Earth?
The point cloud file consists of millions of points which have X Y Z
coordination, I want to show a 3D point cloud model in Google Earth.

Thanks.

Hi there,

You will need to convert this file into a KML. One way to do it would
be to create a MultiGeometry with a lot of Points, but Google Earth
will probably not do well trying to load millions of them. You will
probably need to show just a subset of points at a time for
performance reasons.

Cheers,

Out of curiosity, are you creating point clouds (say 3d Scanning) or
wanting to import existing point clouds like LIDAR or something?
