A map of world time zones as polygons

I've converted the Manifold world time zones map, which I believe is the only freely downloadable world time zones map in a GIS format, into KML.

It's sloppier than I would like, but I only had an hour or two to work on this so this is the best I could do for now. The name field is the country name for that zone concatenated with the difference in hours +/- GMT for that particular time zone. The description is the difference in that time zone for the summer time zone shift (daylight savings time) if used.

I georegistered it with about 25 control points, which is not quite enough to get it to match everywhere, but...OK for now.

I donate this to the public domain. Use it as you like, although attribution would be appreciated. Suggestions for improvement or bugs would be appreciated. Time permitting I'll add some more control points and georegister it tighter (I'm georegistering direct to Google, so the more points the tighter the match).
