Here is a tool we made for offsetting the coordinates in Google Earth KML files. This is useful if Google makes the coordinates more accurate by shifting the textures, like they just did in Brisbane and Perth.
You need to find out how many degrees the coordinates are off by (set the view to degrees instead of degrees minutes and seconds)
The default settings are for Brisbane and were supplied by Roidddddddd.
It only opens KML files not KMZ files, so save as KML in Google Earth.
