Polygon displays, ballon doesnt open

This KML:
http://share.crt.realtors.org/scratch/boulder.kml

renders fine in GE, however, the balloon pop-up seems to only trigger
at very specific points within the polygon.

What is strange, is that it works perfectly in GMaps

This KML was created using a conversion from a shape file

Thoughts?

Very odd. I didn't look at it Google Maps, but tried it in GE and
you're right - the balloon didn't pop up when clicking the polygon.
Looking at your code, I can't figure out why.

I know this isn't helpful, but just thought I'd let you know I'm
getting the same results you are. Have you tried just creating a new
KML file from the same data?
