VBA to Find Coordinates on Polygon on Google Earth

Dear All,

I have made the VBA in Excel to insert place mark on Google earth. I would like to draw a circle polygon to display data as graph on Google Earth. same like GE Graph is doing.

I need help to find ordinates based on Longitude and Latitude to draw Polygon Circle.

Please help me.
