Checked placemarks with network links

I have a KML generator that is refreshed each 5 minutes.

The result kml has a hierarchical folders set.

When I unchecked some folder and the networklink refresh the kml, some placemark that was unchecked will be checked again.

Does anyone know something about it?

Make sure you set the features (place mark, directory,...) id attribute and it will resolve your issue.

A last question, have you try to change :

<visibility>0</visibility>
<open>0</open>

https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/kmlreference#open

of your two folder include in your networklink. 
For me, when your networlink refresh the directory, there is open and read of this option.
