KML to XML or XLS conversion

Hello, I want to convert my KML file to XLS or XML format. How can I do that? I searched for it but I got nothing.

Hi,

KML is XML under a different name. To convert to XLS open the KML in a text editor (notepad) and remove all the KML formating data except the Lat/Lng info and save as .CSV then open in Excel.
