Another vote for the contentious Film Council nomination:

The nomination for Greg Borenstein failed with 56% voting no.
We'll be releasing the results of the auction at the end of the month.
The stock price seems to be settling in at about $3.00 per share,
which is above the average trade price of $2.42.
