Starting tomorrow you can make a bid on the release of 300 shares into
the market. This is an opportunity to set your price for K5M stock and
increase your holdings and influence for 2009.

Just send an email to kmi...@kmikeym.com with the number of shares
you want and the price you want to pay per share. The bids will be
fulfilled based on the highest per share offering. (Let us know if you
have questions.) You can send your bid starting tomorrow and ending
Jan 7th.
