New Proposal, and other updates

There is a new proposal that needs the input of the shareholders. The
DoS has invited me to join the AIR selection committee (all acronyms
explained!):

Also, concerning Question 36, "VTAC: A Trust Solution," I have
received my first ink and everything is healing nicely. The plan is
announce (with images) in concert with the first client, Panic.com.
I'm happy to show it in person if you see me, but we're keeping the
image offline until the announcement.

We're also approaching the time of year for the next auction of
shares. Last year, Question 21, we auctioned off 300 shares as a test
of the auction system. This year we're planning on upping that number
significantly. If you have any questions or ideas about this process,
especially if you took part last year, then I'd be very interested in
your feedback.
