DVD Playback Issues

I have recently experienced some strange playback issues with DVDs I
made using KMediaFactory. I make the DVDs as I have done them before,
but when I try to play them on a regular DVD player, I am greeted with
a 'Please eject the disc' message, like what I would see when trying
to play a PAL format DVD on a player that plays NTSC format DVDs.
What makes this issue strange is that I configured KMediaFactory to
produce NTSC compatible DVDs as I always do.
