Dear Area 2 Leader,

Please be informred our proposed 3rd Area council meeting scheduled on 30th April will be postponed to third week of May '18, as instructed by Division Director. Correct date will be annouced later on. 

A proposal been submitted to Dist20 for the re-alignment of clubs under the Division C but not yet  finalised. Below is the detail of proposed club re-alignment for your reference.

We will have our 3rd council meeting after the confirmation of re-alignment from Dist 20 so that we can select our new AD from the same clubs falls under Area 2. 

As we planned earlier, an educational event will be conducted by Area 2 in this month. In order to plan the event, an organizing committee will be set up soon. Therefore, I kindly request all the club Presidents to nominate two members from your club to be part of organizing committee, so that we can have a better arrangements and active participation of all 4 clubs.

Kindly request you to please send me details of two members from your club by not later than, Saturday 14th April.
