= COUNTDOWN TO 2015 MASQUERADE BALL BEGINS =
Saturday, April 18, marks the date for this year’s auction to be held at the River Club of Mequon. Proceeds will go toward the Student Tuition Fund and non-budgeted items needed by the Athletic Department. We are always looking for unique items for our Silent and Live Auctions. Do you have a particular craft or service you could offer up for bid (valued at $50 or more)? Car detailing, window washing, and yard work are always big hits!
Plan a trip to New Orleans for jazz and dining! This item will be featured in the Live Auction and includes round-trip coach class airfare for two to New Orleans, a three-night stay at the Hyatt French Quarter, VIP admission for two to the Preservation Hall of Jazz, and a choice of brunch or three-course dinner at Commander’s Palace Restaurant. Winspire booking and concierge service will help make your trip worry-free!
= CONTRIBUTIONS NEEDED FOR CHARITY AUCTION =
There are many ways to make a contribution to this year's Charity Auction. We are always looking for items to be used in either the Silent or Live Auction. Cash donations are always welcome! Your company can be a Masquerade Ball Sponsor for $250 or there are also opportunities to be a Sponsor for the Wine Raffle, Beer Raffle or the Specialty Drink. The opportunity is still open to become the Main Event Sponsor too! For more information on how to become a Sponsor, contact Geoff Ziesemer at 414-397-4550 or geoff.z...@yahoo.com . The Art Department is helping with decorations for the Auction again this year and need the following supplies: Black heavy-weight paper, metallic Sharpie permanent markers, Sharpie WATER-BASED paint markers, Metallic Star Stickers, Stick-on jewels or other "bedazzlements." Donated items may be dropped off in the front office. Please deliver them by March 1.
The Auction Committee is also looking for feathers, gems, ribbons, jewels, (and any other embellishments!) to be used to decorate masks for the Masquerade Ball. These items may be dropped off in the school office.

Did you know that March 31 is the last day to earn credit toward your student’s 2015-2016 tuition account. Rebates earned after March 31st will then be applied toward the 2016-2017 school year. Purchase KML Scrip for your regular purchases and earn rebates to bring down the cost of tuition. Don’t forget to use scrip on your not-so-regular purchases, too!
Planning to get away over Spring Break this year. Why not utilize Scrip cards for your hotel, gas, and/or meals. Hotels like Comfort Suites (3-4%), Clarion (3-4%), Hyatt (10%) and Marcus Resorts (9%) can be purchased to help earn money towards your child's tuition. It's a simple way for you to earn a reward while taking your family vacation.
We still have some small denomination gift cards on hand from Target $10 and Walmart $10.
= REMEMBER ECHO FEST? =
We’re going retro this year for Family Music Fest 2015! Remember Echo Fest? Do you still have an old Echo Fest admission button floating around? Please reserve Friday, April 17, from 5:00-9:00 pm for Retro Fest. This event will support our music department. In addition to our elementary school and high school musical performances, we will feature a chili dinner, games, auctions, and the dessert bar and will showcase the Grade School Art Fair exhibits. Join us for a night of music, food, and family fun with some new surprises, special guests, and trips down memory lane. Anyone presenting an Echo Fest button at the door will receive free admission!
We are asking for pie and basket donations for auction. Please consider helping! If you have questions or would like to volunteer or join the Family Music Fest Committee, please contact Andrea Semmann (414-588-7725 or alse...@gmail.com) or Ann Jahns (414-659-1511 or jahns...@yahoo.com).

From Genesis to Revelation, these unforgettable stories unfold through live action and cutting-edge computer-generated imagery, offering new insight into famous scenes and iconic characters. Created by producer Mark Burnett and featuring an international cast that includes Roma Downey. This docudrama explores the sacred text’s most significant episodes.
This showing, on Good Friday afternoon, will focus solely on the last episode of the miniseries: Passion. In this episode Peter denies Jesus and Judas hangs himself; the crowds clamors for Jesus’s death; Jesus is crucified, but when Mary Magdalene goes to his tomb, a figure walks towards her - he is risen. John sees the empty tomb and believes that Jesus has come back to life, just as he said.
