Dear friends,
As we approach Passover this year, many of us feel how different this time is from other years. Perhaps more than ever, we are asking ourselves what it means to be Bnei Chorin – free people – in such a complex and painful time.
We would like to invite you to join a special Zoom learning session tonight together with our sister communities in the United States. This will be an opportunity not only to prepare spiritually and intellectually for the Seder, but also to think together about how we shape our Seder this year in light of the reality we are living through.
This meeting is also an important opportunity for connection. Our friends overseas are following closely what is happening in Israel, and they genuinely want to hear from us directly: how life feels in Jerusalem these days, how we and our families are doing, what challenges we are facing as a community, and how we are working to create strength, support, and resilience in this difficult period.
This is a chance for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and mutual support between communities who care deeply about one another.
We will meet tonight (March 29) at 20:30 (Israel time).
We hope many of you will join us for this important and meaningful conversation.
