 קהילה יקרה,

ברצוננו לעדכן כי החל מ־1.1.26 הרבה אמירית והרב דוד יעבדו בהיקף של 50% משרה כל אחד  (במקום 75% כל אחד). ההחלטה התקבלה לאחר בחינה מעמיקה וברוח של אחריות משותפת לעתיד הפיננסי של הקהילה. הוועד נמצא בדיאלוג עם הרבנים לגבי היקף העשייה.

הקהילה נמצאת בתהליך צמיחה והתחדשות: מספר החברים גדל, הפעילות הקהילתית, החינוכית והרוחנית מתרחבת, נוכחותנו הציבורית בשכונה ובמרחב הרחב מתעצמת. לצד זאת, הולכת ומתרחבת גם שליחות הקהילה מעבר לים, דרך קשרים חיים עם קהילות ושותפים ברחבי העולם, מחזקים תחושת שייכות וערבות הדדית.

אנו מבקשים להודות לרבה אמירית ולרב דוד על הנהגה מסורה, ליווי רוחני משמעותי, ועשייה חינוכית וחברתית. אנו מודים להם גם על כך שהמהלך נעשה בהסכמה מלאה, אף שיש לו השלכות אישיות וכלכליות עבורם — הסכמתם מעידה על מחויבות עמוקה לטובת הקהילה ולחוסה לאורך זמן.

חברי וחברות הקהילה מעוניינים לקחת חלק פעיל בצמיחת הקהילה מוזמנים לפנות לוועד. הצמיחה שלנו היא משימה משותפת לכולנו, ואנו מאמינים שכפי שאנו חווים קהילה חיה וצומחת בשטח, כך נוכל גם לבנות תשתית יציבה לאורך זמן.

בברכה ובהוקרה, "לא עליך המלאכה לגמור, ולא אתה בן חורין להיבטל ממנה."

Dear Community,

We would like to update you that as of January 1, 2026, Rabba Amirit and Rabbi David will each be working at a 50% position (instead of 75% each). This decision was made following a thorough review and in a spirit of shared responsibility for the community’s financial future. The board is in ongoing dialogue with the rabbis regarding the scope of their work.

The community is in a process of growth and renewal: membership is increasing, communal, educational, and spiritual activities are expanding, and our public presence in the neighborhood and beyond is becoming stronger. At the same time, the community’s mission beyond our borders is also growing, through vibrant connections with communities and partners around the world, which strengthen our sense of belonging and mutual responsibility.

We would like to thank Rabba Amirit and Rabbi David for their devoted leadership, meaningful spiritual guidance, and educational and social engagement. We also thank them for agreeing to this step by mutual consent, even though it has personal and financial implications for them—an agreement that reflects deep commitment to the well-being of the community and its long-term resilience.

Community members who wish to take an active part in nurturing and growing the community are invited to contact the board. Our growth is a shared task for all of us, and we believe that just as we are experiencing a living, growing community on the ground, so too can we build a stable foundation for the long term.
