Rabbi David Golinkin will appear once again in the play ״The Accomplices,״ which tells the story of the Bergson Group, who attempted to save the Jews of Europe during the Shoah. They were forced to fight the antisemitism of the Roosevelt administration and the active opposition of the Jewish establishment. It is a story of idealism and stubbornness versus antisemitism and apathy. It is still very relevant today. All of the proceeds will go the Michael Levin Base for Lone Soldiers.

Dear All,

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our dear member 

Arthur Zebrak Z"L

We send our heartfelt sympathies to our dear member Rachel Zabrak, and the whole family.

The funeral will take place this evening, November 27, 7th of Kislev (eve of 8th of Kislev), at 18:30, at Har HaMenuchot, Givat Shaul.

If you are coming by car and can offer a ride, or if you need a ride, please be in touch with Natalie Mendelsohn: 050-7243738.

Mazel tov 

Mazal Tov to Shelley and David Brinn on the birth of their granddaughter, Theia Rose, named after David's mother Rose and born on her birthday!

Theia Rose is the daughter of Koby and Gal who celebrated exactly a year ago their Shabbat Chatan and Kalah. We wish the whole family joy, health and nachat!

Join our Tu Bishvat Seder with Mechinat Beit Israel.

4) Wednesday 4.2 at 16:00 at the Community Garden

A Multigenerational Neighborhood Tu Bishvat Celebration together with the community garden volunteers, the Community Center, El Ram VeNisa, Ma’ayanot, Klauzner, Chikittitos Kindergarten, Noam and the Scouts.

Program highlights include: learning, arts and crafts, planting and gardening, group games and music.

We are looking for volunteers to help run our station: making dried fruit garlands. Anyone interested in leading a short learning session, facilitating an activity, or helping with the event is warmly invited to contact the rabbis.

Program highlights include: learning, arts and crafts, planting and gardening, group games and music.

We are looking for volunteers to help run our station: making dried fruit garlands. Anyone interested in leading a short learning session, facilitating an activity, or helping with the event is warmly invited to contact the rabbis.

The Masorti Women's Study Day: The Search for Harmony, will be on zoom. 

Please register for the revised program which includes classes in Hebrew, English and Spanish.

Kehilat Moreshet Avraham extends its heartfelt sympathies to Suzzane Guy on the passing of her daughter in law, Nitzan Z"L, in the terrible tragedy at the factory in Ashdod.

Nitzan was married to Ilan and the mother of three young children ages 10, 8, and 5.

Shiva address: 9 Har Kena’an st. apt. 6 Ashdod

May her memory be for a blessing.


We will update when the funeral and shiva will take place

After Purim a collection point for surplus Mishloach Manot will take place at KMA, in cooperation with the “Ma’agal Yisraeli” organization.

Every day, at all hours you may place items in the cart outside the gate - packaged products only.

Items will be sent to soldiers and those in need.
It is highly recommended — and even encouraged 👏🏻 — to include letters 💌 to be sent to the soldiers!

After a challenging and intense week I hope everyone is staying safe. 
For those of you who have family members in miluim if there is anything you need please let us know. 
If anyone wants to reach out we are here. 

In light of the situation we are not having prayers on Friday 6 and Sunday 8 in the morning. 

We will be having kabbalat shabbat at shul on Friday 6 at 17:25. 

On shabbat we will not be having the weekly shiur and Mincha and Maariv. 

Rabbi Benjy's class on Sunday 8 will be on zoom at 19:30 and Rabbi David and Amirit' classes will be at shul at 19:30. 

Please stay safe and I wish everyone a quiet shabbat.
