KM 2.5.1

Hi KM'ers -

I just uploaded KM 2.5.1 to the Web site. Unlike KM 2.5.0, this
version *is* backwards-compatible with older versions of Lisp, i.e.,
if you are using Allegro 8.1 or earlier, or a different Lisp, then
your old Lisp files should still work with KM 2.5.1. If you are using
Allegro 8.2 or later, you will still need to make the changes
described in the RELEASE-NOTES.txt. See the updated
RELEASE-NOTES.txt at http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/mfkb/km/RELEASE-NOTES.txt

KM 2.5.1 also removes the few incompatibilities with LispWorks - Thank
you to Rainer Joswig for altering me to them.

There are no functional changes to KM's behavior.
