Hello everyone !

I am new to spike sorting. I have extracellular recordings from 25 different depths in the rat brain. I want to write a script in which klusta is called inside a loop 25 times. But I have different parameter files for each block. I know how to get file name by using os in python. But I don't know how can I pass this file name along with klusta.

Does anyone has an idea how to do this ?

Apologies if it has already been asked or if it is a stupid question.

Hoping for an early response.

25 single electrodes or 25multi-electrodes, each multi-electrode at a different depth?
How far apart are they?
Basically you want to run a separate clustering on each group that is within 50-100microns or less of each other.

But really should probably use Kilosort2 rather than klusta
