no spike waveform information in the KWIK or KWX files

Now in the KWX file, there is only "features_masks" information without "waveforms_raw" information. How can I extract the waveform information after running the spike sorting? So I can plot the waveform for each cluster by myself. Thanks!

I am also encountering this issue. Anyone have a way to extract the waveforms for each spike detected in MATLAB?
