Dear CR,

As you know the cultural fest fest SURABHI is approaching,we need to
hurry up as there is very less time left for the fest.In this regard
all the CRs are requested to go through the website which is posted in
the university site and get registered in the SURABHI organizing team
in the committees of interest.And it is your duty to see that all of
your classmates register themselves in the SURABHI organizing
committee.

We will have a meeting on monday at 5pm to discuss about our
involvement in the fest.I request all the CRs to attend the meeting
without fail.Buses will be arranged to all the destinations at 6:15
pm.Absentees will receive a memo.Please read the induction in the
website before attending the meeting.
