We are pleased to introduce
HCL TalentCare, a new skill development and staffing venture from the
HCL Group of companies. HCL TalentCare aims to enable fresh engineering graduates to launch successful careers in Information Technology through its unique skill and staff business
model. Towards this objective, we wish to visit your campus and select students for the YOUNG ENGINEERS' PROGRAM (YEP) at HCL TalentCare.
About YOUNG ENGINEERS' PROGRAM (YEP) :
The Young Engineers' Program (YEP) is a 6 month, full time, residential career
development program which addresses critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in Application Development, Software Testing and Networking & Infrastructure Management.
In the past year, over 1000 Engineering Graduates have successfully completed the program and launched their careers at globally recognized Technology companies through HCL TalentCare.
YEP consists of a 3 month on-campus learning module and a 3 month on-job training module. The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning centre at Hyderabad (Near shamshabad airport) or Chennai and consists
of classroom training, practice labs, assessments, counselling support and industry participation in the curriculum. On completion of the campus module, learners are deployed into live roles for On-Job Training for a period of 3 months where they have an opportunity
to translate their skills into action in a real workplace environment. During this time, the learner is also expected to successfully pass a range of external certification exams from recognized technology certification bodies. The learner is paid a stipend
of Rs 5000/- per month during the On-Job Training period of the program. YEP is a paid program with a fee of Rs.150,000/- to attend - we enable loans for candidates as needed. Selected candidates in the recruitment process after receiving the offer letter
have to pay Rs 30,000/- as admission fee within a given period , and rest they can either opt for a loan or pay by themselves. A sum of Rs 60,000/- is paid as a retention bonus to the candidates upon successful completion for 3yrs with us.
On successful completion of the entire program, the YEP Scholar receives
–
1. Assured Placement in a job with HCL TalentCare and deployment into projects across a variety of global Technology companies at locations across India at an attractive salary and benefits package.
2. A bundle of industry recognized, premium certifications for technical, professional and communication skills (For example, ISTQB, RHCSA, CCNA, MCSA)
3. An HCL TalentCare Alumni membership with access to our online learning portal and career counselling for a period of 3 years.
4. A voucher for an upgrade certification exam to be used within a period of 3 years.
Job Profile:
- Designation : Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Job location : Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida(Delhi)
- Package : 2lakh PA.
- Different Profiles include : Software Engineer in Testing, Networking and Maintenance
Eligibility
–
- 1. BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE, ECM), M Tech and MCA graduates from 2016 batch.
- 2. Applicants should have scored a minimum of 6.32 CGPA & above in B.Tech/M.Tech and 60% in their Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation.
- 3. They should have no arrears or back papers at the time of application.
Selection Process –
- Pre placement talk through a Presentation about YEP by HCL Representative,
- Online Job quotient including Technical, Quantitative Aptitude, verbal test, and logical test etc
- Telephonic versant test for testing the communication standards.
- College ID-Compulsory,
- Latest updated resume - Compulsory,
- 2 (Two) Passport size photographs (Compulsory),
- Photocopies of all mark sheets from 10th upwards (Compulsory),
- Photocopies of any other Certifications (if any),
- Govt Photo ID (preferred, not compulsory),
- Must attend in appropriate formal attire
