I don't understand what kind of lock do you mean. Any klish
command can get the lock by default (you can disable it by
lock="false" within ACTION or COMMAND tag). But it will be
unlocked when command execution is finished. Klish itself (without
command) doesn't get the lock. Additionally there is -l
(--lockless) mode in clish utility options. It means to don't use
locks.

Since I set the klish as system's default startup, is it possible to let users login the device when others doing configurations? Now, they could be locked by klish config lock.
