Since we are sharing...

The Rushes are moving as well. I have accepted a job at the Cannon
School in Concord, NC (just north of Charlotte). I will be the Head
of Middle School there and will be working with Matt Gossage (former
head of MICDS in St. Louis).

Lacy will be a part-time Upper School French teacher, and both James
and Michaela will be enrolled as students at Cannon. The MS is 310
students, grades 5-8. Cannon is a co-ed, independent day school of
just over 900 students, serving grades JK-12.

S-Rod- I will see you in NC!!!

I feel like I've been living the life of a hermit...

For the past three years, I've been working for KIPP's alumni program
in NYC as the Director of Career Services. Recently Pete and I decided
to relocate and will be moving to Chicago in July. We are super
excited about the move and looking forward to a change (and living
somewhere affordable!)

I've accepted a job with one of the Noble Street High Schools in
Chicago, Rauner College Prep. Currently the school is in their second
year w/ 9-10 graders. I will be joining to develop the college
placement program and find summer opportunities for the students. I'm
very excited. Pete is still looking for a counseling position so if
you have any leads... :)

Though I haven't had much of voice in the email exchanges - I have
been reading and keeping up with you all.
