Sprung into high gear, the farm has been moving forward at a fierce
pace. Onions, garlic and fava beans are turning a nice color of
green. The peas, beets, arugula, mustard, chard and potatoes have
germinated. Transplants of lettuce, kale and kohlrabi went out
today. Tomorrow we hope to set out the first of tomato plantings.
The little plants already smell like tomatoes! Check out our website
for up to date news and details about our CSA. Are you going to Earth
Day in the Park April 18? If so, come and see us, we will have a
booth there. Tell us about your garden. Farmers markets begin in
May. Modesto on the 2nd. and Sonora on the 16th. Happy gardening,
