Klaxon Not Noticing Pages

I'm currently running Android 4.3 but since 4.2 Klaxon no longer notices new SMS.  I'm not sure if they changed some of the SMS code and Klaxon just doesn't know where to look any more or what is going on.  I'll gladly provide a logcat to the developer as I have in the past.  Please let me know what I can do to help troubleshoot and resolve this.  Thanks.

logcat output would be great, please send it my way when you have a chance. 

I'm also running 4.3, but i'm not experiencing the same problem. please provide the alert trigger setting you are using as well. 

Oh, and please verify that the type of messages you are receiving is not MMS. Many telco providers are "upgrading" messages to MMS, which, unfortunately, Klaxon cannot receive.
