Match on multiple items

I'd like to see if it's possible to have the notify go off on multiple
matches. For example:

from: m...@hotmail.com
AND
subject (or body) contains: boogy

Is this possible?

If it is, is this possible
from: m...@hotmail.com
AND
subject (or body) does NOT contain: boogy
