What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. SMS is received, klaxon is screaming, while phone is locked
2. Lock screen allows acknowledge / silencing
3. Life is good

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Allow acknowledge from locked phone, currently not possible

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v.26 Galaxy S4
