PagerDuty SMS integration

[ sorry for the newbie questions, it's been years since I touched Klaxon
and am now in a very different environment. ]

Is anyone using PagerDuty with Klaxon? If so, how are you configuring
Klaxon? Pattern match against content, or based on SMS sender?

The PD FAQ, <http://www.pagerduty.com/faq/>, lists a large number of
candidate sending numbers; does it work out that in practice they only
use a few? How is Klaxon configured with multiple numbers? I did
create a .vcf from the PagerDuty numbers and import it into Google
Contacts, so that I have one contact in the address-book on my phone
which has _all_ of the PagerDuty numbers on it. So if I could set up
Klaxon to filter based on SMS being from an address-book entry, rather
than a particular number, that would work. Am I missing an existing
method to do this?

I saw that there's a fork on github with some customisation; I'd rather
not start building apps from source and taking care of tracking updates
if I can just use the market and auto-updates.

(I do have the PD app, but while I'll use cloud push as an augment for
faster notifications, I don't trust those systems to be reliable; nor
do I fully trust SMS, which is why I'm configuring _both_.)
