How do I specify which SMS are pages?

I don't see any instructions for this. For example, I need SMS
containing a specific keyword anywhere in the message to be treated as
a page. Is this possible?

I am also for instruction on how to use android smart phone as pager with this application.

I have several production scripts that need to page me with repeated alarm until I acknowledge the message.
