What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Android "Notifications" are set to silent
2. Klaxon "Use Alarm Volume" is checked
3. Klaxon "Vibrate" is checked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect Klaxon to produce audible alert and vibration. Klaxon captures the
message, turns the screen on, but no audible alert or vibration. Acts
normally when Android "Notifcations" are turned on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v.26 Galaxy S5 (SM-G900V) Android version 5.0
