Question about callouts originating as email to text? Galaxy S4

Hello

I'm a member of an Emergency Management group in our County.  Callouts come from an email address, both to my Gmail as well as an email sent to my Text messages on my Galaxy S4.

I've been attempting to set a special tone for the callouts especially in my text msg received but nothing seems to work.  I understand that on my Gmail syncing to my cell phone you can only set one tone for all emails.

If my daughter or anyone sends an SMS text yes I can set different tones for those but the OEM's originate from an email address.

A few of the members have Klaxon but the one I chatted with today said he didn't remember how to set the email.

Before I install the app I'd love to know if it would work.
