What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set settings -> sound -> quiet hours -> enforce quiet hours ->
notifications
2. Configure Klaxon to use the alarm sound instead of ringer
3. Get a page and see that it's not ringing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Klaxon v2.6
CyanogenMod11

Please provide any additional information below.
When "enforce quiet hours" is set, the alarm sound works for regular
morning alarms. However, it seems that Klaxon doesn't actually use the
alarm volume.
