Possible to ring phone when number is dialed

I have been using your app to replace the 1980's pager and so far it has worked out great. When someone or one of our systems has sent a text to my phone, S3, I was notified. This was even when I have my phone volume silenced. One issue I was wondering is is there a way to make it so if a particular phone number calls you your phone would ring even if it was silenced? The company I work for has created a single phone number to be used in an emergency. Several people don't like to send text to the appropriate address and want s to call this phone number. I want to be able to silence my phone at night and when this number is called it rings through at a specified volume level. Is this possible or something in the future of this application?
