I receive messages to an on-call email address, as well as messages that
confirm an issue has been fixed in the environment. It would be useful to
be able to exclude specific strings from setting off the pager.

This would be an *extremely* helpful feature. While I need to be notified
of the majority of texts (pages) I receive, there are one or two annoyance
texts that I'd like to filter out. +1 for this feature being added! :)
