What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 15days back it was working
2. i checked setting with my team-mate and its not working
3. reinstalled the app again

i have MotoG with Kit Kat update.
Please help ASAP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App not picking up msg and they are coming like normal msg

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MotoG , KitKat
