The new post is titled

"Promoting 'voluntary compliance' - The Scott Valley Establishment
targets water board members"

It reports on two public workshops conducted last week in the Scott
River Sub-Basin by the North Coast Water Quality Control Board
concerning efforts to clean up sediment and temperature pollution that
are damaging the beneficial uses of the Scott River including cold
water fisheries and recreation. The North Coast Board is charged with
implementing the Clean Water Act on the Northcoast and in California
portions of the Klamath River Basin. That charge includes developing
and implementing clean-up plans when pollution is damaging the
beneficial uses of a river or other waterbody.
