This post is title: "Armstrong v Pace - Myth and Reality in the Scott
River Basin"
It presents two diametrically opposed views of water reality in the
Scott River Basin represented by two of the Klamath River Basin's best
known advocates. The Scott River was traditionally a stronghold for
Coho salmon and perhaps the Klamath River Basin's #1 producer of
Chinook salmon. Both species have had problems in most recent years
reaching Scott River spawning grounds due to low river flows.
