Elaine and Bill Deutschman and I ran the Klamath Basin South raptor
survey today. The weather appeared threatening most of the day but
except for a brief squall held off until about the last 45 minutes
when snow came in and reduced visibility.

Weather: 40F in am but winds increased and temperature dropped in AM;
cloudy all day, brief rain squall around 1:30 PM, snow squall from
about 3:45 beginning with light snow, increasing to heavier
