All,

Me and the kids took a drive this morning to check out the raptors on
Township and the water situation on Lower Klamath NWR. On our way west
to east on Township we found a subadult Swainson's Hawk with a red
band on the left leg. I didn't have a scope so couldn't read it. If
anyone is in the area with a scope, keep an eye out for what Phoebe
calls hawks with band-aids.
