Davicom NIC unter Ubuntu

Hi Leute.

Vielleicht hat von euch einer schonmal das Problem gehabt und sagt mir wie
ers gelöst hat:

Ich hab Ubuntu Hoardy Hedgehog für amd64 installiert, ne Davicom
Netzwerkkarte und bekommne ständig von logwatch die Meldung

0000:00:0a.0: tulip_stop_rxtx() failed

Die Netzwerkkarte zickt außerdem ständig rum und funktioniert manchmal nich
richtig.
