Pledge Class Fellowship Review

The Pledge Class Fellowship was fun and exciting. It took a while to set up so we were pretty cold waiting outside but the food and fun games made up for it! Transferring an M&M from spoon to spoon using your mouth is more difficult than I thought. The mini games were also pretty funny to watch, especially the donut-eating one and the 4 legged race. I didn't think it was possible to move a cookie from someone's forehead to their mouth without touching it. Pretty crazy stuff. I also liked that it was a themed event. The small family costumes were awesome and it was fun dressing up. My favorite part was seeing everyone's skits and drinking hot chocolate. FunComm did a great job!

BearTrax Tutoring

I tutored for BearTrax from 4-5:30 this past Wednesday and Thursday. I've been tutoring young children in high school and wanted to continue it. It's pretty chill and the kids are great! I was expecting the kids to be very distracted or not compliant but they listen and do their homework attentively. My favorite part is helping a kid get to an answer. It's a great feeling knowing that you're helping someone move forward in their path to success. If you like service where you can see a direct impact, I recommend trying out BearTrax. I can also do my homework if all the kids have gotten the help they need. It's a win-win for everybody. Hope to see more people come to BearTrax :)
