無法變更Windows 7開啟程式預設值，或變更無效

1.開始->執行->輸入regedit ->確定

2.根據您要調整的附檔名，進入下列相對應的目錄，刪除UserChoice

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.附檔名\刪除UserChoice

3.重新啟動電腦
