Who are we looking for
The Cyber security delivery team that owns the managed security services for this client, has an opening for IAM Operations Specialist / Project Manager and Support SME's specialized in OKTA / SAILPOINT Identity & access management.
Technical Skills:
Good experience with OKTA / SAILPOINT on provisioning, Workflow development, Role Certification and Governance
OKTA / SAILPOINT (hands on) including - Application onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following OKTA / SAILPOINT components: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, Workflows
User Provisioning on OKTA / SAILPOINT
Good experience on AS400 provisioning
Basic understanding on RBAC
Develop schedule task in OKTA / SAILPOINT for bulk user provisioning, Application Assign/unassigned, Application provision to the organization.
Basic configuration in web service for target file provisioning
OKTA / SAILPOINT basic configuration
Customize user profile attributes.
Customize process from attributes.
Work on various adapters for troubleshooting purpose.
Work on process definitions related to OKTA / SAILPOINT .
Create policies for OKTA / SAILPOINT .
Create/Modify groups and access policies.
Provide user provisioning support for application on OKTA / SAILPOINT .
OKTA related troubleshooting like account creation, workflow issues etc. Create customized menu-group, menu-item in OKTA / SAILPOINT .
Adding new workflow and approval process
Workflow creation for system access and application access
Work with vendor support to identity, find root cause, and resolve product issue.
Basic understanding on Java/JEE
Familiarity with SNOW workflows
Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
Familiarity with Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.
Familiarity with enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory & Postgres SQL)
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ADP, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) is a plus.

JAVA/JEE (Basic)
Soft Skills:
Effective interpersonal, Coaching, team building and communication skills.
Ability to run/coordinate meetings, major incident calls and communicate with customers.
Drives root cause analysis, in-house documentation, creating Knowledge Base around solutions implemented during service interruptions.
Maintains, upgrades, and supports existing systems and infrastructure to ensure operational stability.
Monitor tools and proactively help teams struggling with systems issues.
Desire for continuous improvement and ownership skills
Ability to communicate complex technology to no tech audience in simple and precise manner.
Quick learner, while working outside the area of expertise.
