As part of Morgan Stanley's ongoing efforts to support experienced professionals throughout the various stages of their careers, the Firm is running the Return To Work Program Mumbai, a paid 10-week internship for professionals who have taken a career break and are looking to re-enter the workforce on a permanent basis. PLACEMENT AND DURATION The program is based principally at the Firm's Mumbai offices and will begin on 1st September, 2015. Participants will be placed based on their skills and interests. A limited number of opportunities exist across the Firm in Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal & Compliance, Operations and Technology. Participants may receive an offer of permanent employment at the end of the program, but this is not guaranteed. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS • Successful candidates are likely to have around    five years or more experience in the financial services    industry, or another relevant area and have been on    a career break for two or more years • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and    communication skills • Problem solving and strong analytical skills • Interested in returning to the workforce on a    permanent basis   Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity.
