Skills: Finance controller for Capgemini Mumbai
Roles and Responsibility
o He/she has been working abroad; preferably in a English speaking country
o He/she should have between 3 to 5 years of experience gained in internal control/internal audit. Ideally, he/she should have spent years in an internal audit position in a prestigious Indian or international institution/company.
• Characteristics
o Self-motivated with open mind to learn
o Motivated to participate in international missions in a multi-cultural team: up to 60% of time abroad
o Quick learner and adaptable with good communication skills, oral and written o Able to work effectively as part of team and with a high level of autonomy
• He/she should have strong understanding of accounting processes, business processes and risk management concepts and should have good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
• Based in Mumbai Mission
• As a member of the Group Internal
o Audit onsite Business Units (non-Indian BUs across the world): he/she will be in charge of one/several audit sections (sales, delivery, legal, finance, etc.)
o Audit Indian Offshore Business Units (audit from India and focusing on delivery)
• Verifying that the Group Policies & Guidelines are complied with, and that they are supplemented with sufficient local procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the operational units are under control. Audits will cover finance and operational areas, such as sales, HR, communication, delivery, etc.
• Following up on action-plan implementation, i.e. perform follow-up audits on previously issued reports and review adherence to action-plans
