ISUZU Mobility Guarantee:

In collaboration with Europ Assistance, ISUZU has designed a comprehensive mobility guarantee package especially for you. This means you are covered in the event of a vehicle breakdown and receive intensive support.

It supplements the ISUZU guarantees granted and is valid for the same period as the factory vehicle guarantee. The prerequisite for mobility protection is that the vehicle is registered in Austria or Germany and has been imported by ISUZU Sales Deutschland GmbH.

The services include assistance such as breakdown assistance, towing, replacement vehicle, onward travel / overnight stay, news and advice service, collection of the repaired vehicle and assistance in the event of an accident. ISUZU financing and leasing:

Driving pleasure begins with flexible financing and leasing options. For the ISUZU D-MAX and the ISUZU N-Series, we therefore offer you attractive conditions for individual leasing, financing and insurance offers in collaboration with our partner.

D-MAX guarantee:

ISUZU vehicles are checked and tested at the factory under the strictest conditions. In addition to the statutory claims for material defects, ISUZU, through its dealers and partners, grants a 5-year guarantee on all D-MAX vehicles (from model year 2017) up to 100,000 km (from initial commissioning, whichever comes first) and a guarantee against rusting through the body from the inside out for 12 years (from model year 2020). You can find more information and any requirements in the relevant guarantee guidelines, which are available to every ISUZU partner.

All ISUZU original spare parts come with a 2-year guarantee (in addition to the statutory liability for material defects), regardless of the mileage, from the day on which the part was installed by the ISUZU service partner or purchased from an ISUZU service partner.

N-SERIES warranty:

ISUZU vehicles are checked and tested at the factory under the strictest conditions. In addition to the statutory claims for defects, ISUZU, through its dealers and partners, grants a 3-year warranty up to 100,000 km (whichever comes first) on all models (chassis only, without bodywork) of the N-series and a 6-year warranty against rust through the body from the inside to the outside.
